Ascend GW proudly presents the first session of our Women of Ascend series, a three-part fireside chat series designed to empower Asian American women professionals in their leadership journeys.

Our first session tackles a critical challenge: the confidence gap—the hesitation to speak up, take risks, and advocate for oneself in the workplace. Despite their expertise, many women struggle with self-doubt, which can hold them back from career advancement. How can we break this cycle?
