More about Neddy Perez: Nereida Perez was a fearless advocate for change and one of the pioneers of diversity, equity and inclusion. She was a mentor to so many and inspired the idea of an ASCEND Mentorship Circle before her passing. Neddy was a internationally known HR & Diversity practitioner with more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 50 to 500 corporations. She was the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at McCormick & Company and the founder of D&I Creative Solutions.
